Anfisa Bashkirova holds an MSc in Major Programme Management from Oxford University's Saïd Business School. Her career includes senior roles at Intel Corporation, where she oversaw crisis response and operational finance across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. At Carfax Education Group, she served as Operations Director and Executive Dean, leading major organisational transformations and establishing Carfax Guardians and Carfax College—both of which remain notable successes, with the latter receiving an “outstanding” rating from the Independent Schools Inspectorate. As the owner of Albion Consult, she now focuses on educational consulting. Anfisa brings a strong track record in strategic planning, executive leadership, and crisis management.

Altynay Yeshmatova holds a Master of Research in law from Buckingham University and Enterprise Law from the State Academy of Law, Kazakhstan. Altynay has over two decades of experience in educational consultancy, immigration advising, and legal administration. She is the co-founder of Albion Consult, where she oversees operations and provides educational consulting to international families. Her previous roles include Head of Carfax Guardians, Client Manager at Carfax Educational Consultants, and Legal Assistant at the Embassy of Kazakhstan in London.

William Knox holds holds an MLitt in Creative Writing from the University of Glasgow, as well as an MA (Hons) in English from the University of Aberdeen, and is currently preparing an MSc in Education Studies final dissertation. With over 20 years of experience in English language education and academic preparation, he has held senior positions including Director at Carfax Education and Co-Founder of Wen Education provding low-cost IELTS to refugees and charities. He has worked on projects for organisations such as UNICEF, The Commonwealth Commssion, and Save the Children. As Director of Studies, William is responsible for overseeing curriculum development, maintaining academic standards, and supporting teacher performance and student progress.

Vladimir oversees the strategic development of ALBION and cultivation of the company’s partner network. He brings over 15 years of experience in business development and educational initiatives. 

His approach is based on systematic analysis and recognition that educational projects require considered organisational and strategic design.

Jonathan is responsible for building ALBION’s teaching team for individual tuition and academic courses. He brings experience in professional recruitment and international teaching practice.
